To manage any funds of the AMSPSA on such terms and conditions as may from time to time be determined.To enter into such contracts and do all such acts and things as may be expedient for the purposes of making the AMSPSA function properly. To pass by-laws that will govern and regulate the business of the AMSPSA. To set rules that will guide the summoning for meetings, the proceedings at meetings and the transaction of business of the AMSPSA. To determine the class of membership to which members shall belong and to grant membership on merit.
